Evelyn Chow
Founder & Director of DecodeHR Pte Ltd
With a solid background across the human resources spectrum and a dedication to ensuring companies are truly strategic beyond just robust HR systems and practices, Evelyn believes each organisation can attract and retain the best talent for future success.
Evelyn is the founder and Director of DecodeHR, a strategic HR consulting firm based in Singapore.
She is a hands-on human resource professional with strong cross-cultural exposure and has had the privilege of leading diverse teams across the region.
A decade of corporate human resources roles across Asia within the IT, hospitality and real estate sectors in companies such as EDS and Symantec led Evelyn to the role of Client Solutions Director for Hudson's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business for Asia.
Evelyn works with clients to develop strategies and programs in the areas of Strategic Workforce Planning, Competency Frameworks Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management & Leadership Development.
She is especially passionate about leveraging technology and helping her clients understand how HR tech can help propel their human capital programs to greater heights. She is also an advocate of Agile HR.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music, admiring beautiful art and reading books that feed her soul.
Iris Lew
Senior Engagement Manager
Having worked & led teams mostly in foreign banks and financial institutions for the past 3 decades, Iris is a seasoned HR professional who is purpose-driven, enthusiastic, and has a consultative approach. She has proven to be a trusted HR advisor to CEOs, C-Suite leaders & business leaders in driving business results through people strategy & organisational realignment.
She is particularly experienced in stakeholder management, people advisory, development of performance-driven company culture, mediating disputes, recruitment strategies and providing valued, honest and consistent professional advice. She also has strong leadership skills and communicates well with all levels of staff.
Iris graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts degree and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (IHRP-SP).
Outside of work, she is passionate about helping others to realise their full potential and is an active volunteer in women’s ministries. She also enjoys travelling, listening to music, and exploring different food cuisines.

CHARLENE YONG
Senior Consultant
A highly energised, creative and motivated individual who is dedicated to make a difference in people's lives, Charlene believes that the role of human resources function would continue to evolve in the 21st century with the 4th Industrial revolution and a more digitised society.
Charlene has more than a decade of corporate human resources experience across various industries in Asia Pacific including leisure entertainment, financial, manufacturing and supply chain. She has led teams to be DISC certified, TTT certified, institutionalised onboarding, recruitment strategies and training curriculum for start-ups and sales personnel in the financial industry.
In addition, she has worked on projects around Talent Development, Graduate Associate Program, Work-Place Integration and Talent Development and Management Program across various business sectors, and led teams across diverse cultures and geographies.
She is passionate about developing competencies for human resources professionals to help them make an impact on business and people, as well as professional development and personal branding.
Charlene holds a double degree in Business and Human Resources from the College of Portsmouth, UK. She holds a Diploma in Group Marketing from the Institute of Marketing, UK, and a Masters in Counseling and Guidance from James Cook University. She is also Six Sigma Green Belt and Scrum Master certified.
Karan Lin
Business Development Manager, Taiwan
Karan is a highly energetic, adaptable, and reliable professional. With over a decade of solid industry background across MICE, plastics, and renewable energy, Karan has honed her expertise in various cross-functional roles, including Business Development, Human Resources, Marketing, and Office Management. She thrives in the early stages of a new organisation, playing an instrumental role in positioning the company effectively in the Taiwanese market. Besides establishing company policies, she fostered partnerships and supported the organisation’s growth alongside its people.
As a strong advocate of the “people first” concept, she believes that the core of every successful business lies in its people, with leadership playing a vital role in maximising their full potential for overall organisational success.
Karan embraces workplace diversity and has worked closely with global leaders in Europe, Asia, and other parts of the world. With her keen focus on green technology, she has established a strong network within the renewable energy sector.
Karan holds a traditional German Master’s degree (Magistra Artium) in English and Romance Studies. She studied and lived in Duesseldorf, Germany for 6 years. Beyond her professional pursuits, Karan is passionate about languages and cultures. She is also a certified German tour guide.
Winnie Wu

Winnie is a professional HR consultant and leadership coach passionate about helping people and organisations achieve their career and business goals. She has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources and Corporate Communications, and 7 years of leadership roles in multinational organisations, including LHH, Mundipharma, HRnetOne and AIESEC. Her speciality lies in building people and culture within organisations, leadership development, leading change, intercultural communication, and diversity and inclusion for high-performing teams.
Based in Toronto, Canada, Winnie focuses on supporting businesses in Taiwan. She has worked with companies and individuals across the US, Canada, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, Australia and China. Her diverse cultural exposure and broad experience enable her to coach business leaders in fostering company cultures that embrace diversity and inclusion.
Her engagement style involves a warm, trusting, and co-creation approach with compassionate listening, powerful questioning, and constructive feedback, She creates a psychologically safe space for individuals to express themselves and empowers them to reach a new level of fulfilment, success, and productivity.
Winnie graduated from Yuan-Ze University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Taiwan. She also holds a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Co-Active Professional Certification (CPCC). Outside work, she finds balance through outdoor activities, pilates, mindfulness practice and reading.
JOANNA MANECKJI
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Joanna Maneckji is a consultant and trainer based in Singapore. She works with clients in the areas of new manager training, leadership and individual effectiveness, team effectiveness, employee well-being, Learning & Development career skills coaching, and L&D functional consulting.
In 2014-2015, she co-created the first fully digital/blended learning journey for new managers at Standard Chartered Bank and introduced the first experiment in using a workplace collaboration/social platform to extend learning application and networking opportunities in several leadership programs. In 2016, Joanna worked with the Organisation Development team at Philips to design a digital manager toolkit for expanding team effectiveness capacity and capability throughout the company. 5 years on, it remains the solution thanks to its accessibility, ease of maintenance and ease of use. Betting that the demand for digital learning would continue to grow, Joanna advocated for virtual training readiness at Philips in 2017-2018 and succeeded in implementing the technology, processes and design and facilitation skills that would allow the function to effortlessly meet the remote learning challenges presented by Covid in 2020.
Joanna has a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from Smith College and a Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the School for International Training. Joanna is currently working towards her ROI Certification, which will allow her to build capability and expertise with ROI implementation in private, public and social sector organisations. She is also in the midst of a coaching certification program from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
Sera Wong

Sera Wong is a seasoned HR professional with 22 years of experience in a broad range of settings including IT, insurance and service related industries. She has held regional positions in Asia for over 10 years. She has worked in different areas of Human Resources including recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits, organisational development, workforce planning and transition management.

Leong PIK YIN

As a business owner as well as marketing communications consultant, Pik Yin is a firm believer in innovative yet practical solutions.
With more than 10 years of experience working in communications and journalism, she is highly adaptable, resourceful and equipped with excellent communication and writing skills.
After leaving the industry to set up her own education business, PIk Yin continued writing for a variety of lifestyle and trade publications. She also served as a freelance communications consultant with a number of organisations, focusing largely on business-to-consumer (B2C) strategies.
Passionate about language and communications, her business-to-business (B2B) education company develops and provides enrichment programmes that enable children to become more confident communicators and engaged learners. She also teaches Writing and Reasoning, a core module in the Singapore Management University.
Annie Kok
Head of Technology
Annie has more than two decades in technical leadership, project management, recruitment and training. She enjoyed working in varied technology companies bringing innovative technology products to meet the needs of customers. Her software engineering stint at Motorola in particular reinforced her strong process mind-set in software development. Throughout her career, she led and coached numerous teams, completing many full software development life cycles.
More recently, Annie worked in talent acquisition, successfully recruiting talents in the R&D sector. She is inspired to bring clients to greater heights by leveraging Human Resources Technology. She continues to draw on her solid cross-cultural experience working with multi-site, multi-lingual teams across different countries.
She holds a Master of Technology in Software Engineering from the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science (Information Systems and Computer Science) from the School of Computing, National University of Singapore.
Annie has a passion for language and culture. She loves to travel and explore. She delights in understanding and connecting people from different backgrounds. An advocate for healthy and sustainable living, she enjoys pottering around her little corner of high-rise container gardening.
GORDON TAN
LEADERSHIP COACH
Gordon is a certified Gallup StrengthFinder Coach as well as an MCODE (Motivational Code) Coach. His philosophy in coaching is to help his clients achieve more in life. Starting with an understanding of their strengths, motivations, and values, he helps clients discover solutions that are most appropriate to them.
As a Coach, he provides coaching in (1) Career and Executive coaching from a Strength-Motivation focus; and (2) Team Resilience and Performance Optimisation.
Having been a Managing Director at JPMorgan and Julius Baer with over 32 years of experience in banking and finance, Gordon often introduces a financial perspective during coaching and leverages his expertise in investment management, leadership, and career development to help his clients gain new ground.
Gordon holds a Masters in Counselling from Monash University. He currently volunteers his time as a counsellor at Wesley Counselling Services and serves on the Fund Raising Committee of New Hope Community Services.
Loh Meng See

Mr. Loh has more than 30 years of work experience in the field of human resources management and has served as senior management officer in two companies which are listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore.
He held the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Singapore Airlines Ltd. for 9 years and was the Company Secretary from September 28, 2005 to October 15, 2006. Prior to that, he worked with Keppel Corporation Limited for 15 years, and was the Group Personnel Director at Keppel Corporation Limited from 1993 to 2000.
Mr. Loh holds a Bachelor of Arts, University of Singapore, and is a Fellow at the following organisations:

Jon Robinson
ADVISOR & SENIOR CONSULTANT
Jon advises the Remuneration Committees and senior executives of a wide range of companies, ranging from some of the most recognised names in the region to new start-up businesses. He consults on a range of remuneration and related governance issues specialising in both short and long-term incentive plan design.
He brings some 30 years of human resources consulting experience combined with extensive knowledge of financial markets. He has worked across the region having lived in Hong Kong and Indonesia before moving to Singapore in 1997.
In a departure from consulting, for six years Jon led the Asia business of the Vanguard Group, one of the world’s largest investment managers, where he focused on developing Vanguard’s strategy for Asia as well as managing relationships with key accounts, especially sovereign wealth funds.
Jon served on the Singapore Central Provident Fund’s Advisory Panel from 2006 to 2008 as well as the government’s Economic Review Committee’s CPF group in 2002.
Jon is an independent director of the M&A boutique Pickering Pacific, two hedge funds managed by EFA Group, the venture capital manager 5i Capital and the Singapore office of the Certified Alternative Investment Analyst Association.
He is also a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors and co-authored the SID’s Remuneration Committee Guide.

Karyn has over 10 years of experience in total rewards. She started her career doing remuneration consulting before moving in-house. She held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, BT & Heineken. Most recently, she was the Group Head of Total Rewards at Propertyguru.
Karyn received her Master in Human Capital Leadership from Singapore Management University and Bachelor of Business Administration from National University of Singapore. She is a certified Global Remuneration Professional.
