Your access and use of our website DecodeHR.com as well as its related blog (collectively the "Site") is subject to our Decode HR Pte Ltd.'s Terms of Use as well as the terms and conditions as set out herein this Privacy Policy. Accordingly, by accessing the Site, you are agreeing to our collection of your information pursuant to this Privacy Policy. Should you disagree with any clause in our Terms of Use and/or this Privacy Policy, please immediately cease your access of the Site.
We, at Decode HR Pte Ltd, reserve the right to howsoever amend this Privacy Policy in our sole discretion at any time without prior notice to you, and you agree that your continued use or access of the Site constitutes your unconditional acceptance of our amended Privacy Policy as it is your sole responsibility to keep yourself updated of any amendments by reviewing this Privacy Policy regularly.
I. Collection of Information
1. We collect information about you when you access or use the Site via the application of generally acceptable web technologies including but not limited to "web beacons" and "cookies". Automatic collection of non-personal information includes (without limitation) collection of your IP address, the web browser software that you used, the specific pages of the Site viewed by you, and websites that you may have visited prior to the Site. Our purpose for the aforesaid collection of information is for us to understand the preference of visitors so as to enhance and facilitate the experience of users of the Site. When you sign up for our mailing list, or you email us any queries, or you wish to post on our blog, you will be required to complete a form with some of your Personal Information in order for us to add you to our mailing list, revert to your queries and/or allow you to post on our blog. II. Your Personal Information
You have a responsibility to protect your own Personal Information. Therefore please do not provide us or the Site with any Personal Information if you are not comfortable with any of the clauses herein this Privacy Policy.

Therefore, please be careful about what you post as you are fully responsible for any consequences that may result from your posting, including fully indemnifying Decode HR Pte Ltd D for any losses that we may suffer due to your posting.
In the event that you wish to remove any posting or to unsubscribe from our mailing list, please email us at ask@decodehr.com, and we will terminate your account with us, remove any postings that you have made, and/or remove you from your mailing list as soon as reasonably and practicably possible.
Please note that we may retain Personal Information from terminated accounts in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations, assist in any legal investigations, minimise fraud, collect debts, resolve disputes, identify issues, enforce breaches of our Terms of Use, or for any other purpose or actions to such extent and for such duration as may be permitted by applicable law.
III. Use of Your Information
In order for us to facilitate your access and use of the Site, and for us to contact you as you may request via the Site, we need to disclose your Personal Information to:
1. third party service providers who have a contract with us to perform the services necessary for you to use the Site and receive newsletters or updates as you may have requested via the Site, including but not limited to webhost companies, website maintenance companies, database storage companies, companies that assist to perform mass mailing on our behalf, etc.;

Except as provided above, we do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to third parties. However, although we are careful in our selection of the third party service providers indicated in paragraph 1) above, we are unable to guarantee their privacy policies nor their collection or use of your Personal Information. Furthermore, there are third parties or criminal organisations who may unlawfully hack, intercept, or access transmissions, private communications, data storage facilities and/or any part of the Site. You therefore undertake to use the Site and all its related services at entirely your own risk. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event that Decode HR Pte Ltd is unable to fully exclude its liability to you, you agree that the total liability Decode HR Pte Ltd (and its owners, shareholders, directors, managers and employees) shall not exceed S$100, taking into consideration that you are accessing the Site and/or any of its services for free and completely upon your own free will.
IV. Personal Information of minors
The Site and its associated services are not meant for persons who may be defined as minors under the applicable law. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors, however, we are not able to ascertain on our end whether such individuals are minors. It is thus the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure that their minors do not provide us with Personal Information without their parental/guardian's consent. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her minor has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at ask@decodehr.com promptly. If we become aware that a minor under 18 has provided us with Personal Information without their parent or guardian's consent, we will delete such information from our files.
V. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event of any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy and your use of the Site, you must first email us your concern and use your best endeavours to amicably settle any dispute in good faith. However, if no amicable resolution is reached within 30 days, both Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
