It is a powerful game engine - a syndicated assessment platform where multiple companies can deploy their campaigns using their preferred set of competencies from our library. Today, companies across Asia, Africa, Oceania and Europe are using C-Factor as their pre-screening tools to assess unlimited candidates. Using C-Factor, organizations can deploy their recruitment game in 72 hours (at least). All it takes is picking the list of competencies and they are good to go live.
