Iris is particularly experienced in stakeholder management, people advisory, development of performance-driven company culture, mediating disputes and recruitment strategies. She believes in providing honest and consistent professional advice. She has strong leadership skills and communicates well with all levels of the organisation.
Annie Kok is the Head of Technology of DecodeHR and has over two decades of experience in technical leadership, project management, training and recruitment.
She worked in technology companies, bringing innovative products to meet customer needs. She led and coached numerous teams, completing many full software development life cycles. She also worked in talent acquisition, successfully recruiting talent in the R&D sector.
Annie’s current role at DecodeHR leverages her solid cross-cultural experience working with teams across different countries. She heads the firm’s technology arm, dcHR.tech, and spearheads collaborations with HR tech partners. She is inspired to bring clients to greater heights by leveraging HR technology. In addition to digitalisation initiatives, she helps clients to develop and implement competency frameworks.
