The Role
The Firm is looking for a Lead Human Resources to be a part of its world-class team. In this role, you will be a catalyst between the business and people, share the business vision and goals with the candidates, empathise with people, and make people successful.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment – 60%
Liaise with consultants to build a technical team across multiple locations – Singapore, EU, India
Develop strategy for early onboarding and first 90 days of candidates
Assess culture fitment by asking the right questions
Business Partner and Operations – 40%
Execute various interventions from people development, recognition and rewards, performance management, etc.
Develop and execute engagement survey
Perform compensation benchmarking
Work seamlessly on Human Resources Management System (HRMS), Applicant Tracking Software (ATS), and other automation
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in human resources, psychology
5 years of experience in the human resources department
Excellent communication and verbal skills
Excellent knowledge of HR Automation
Analytical bent of mind
Ability to work in an agile environment
Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
