The Role

The Firm is looking for a Technical Recruitment Lead to be a part of its world-class team. This role requires you to be a people person, understand what motivates you, be an excellent networker, and appreciate products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment – 60%

  • Leverage your network to hire candidates

  • Create a pipeline for future talent

  • Work with the marketing department to attract talent with a non-conventional mindset

  • Liaise with consultants to build a technical team across multiple locations – Singapore, EU, India

  • Develop strategy for early onboarding and first 90 days of candidates

  • Assess culture fitment by asking the right questions

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in human resources, psychology, engineering

  • 7 years of experience in human resources department

  • Excellent understanding of product and technology hiring

  • Excellent with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and other recruitment modules

  • Excellent communication and verbal skills

  • Excellent knowledge on HR Automation

  • Analytical bent of mind

  • Ability to work in an agile environment

  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
