Our client is an MNC conglomerate that specialises in providing bespoke insurance planning and wealth management solutions to high net worth clients worldwide.

The Role

The Sales Operations Assistant Manager / Manager will be reporting to the Head of Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle new business sales support, premium financing documents and after-sales policy services

  • Handle application and policy submission & enquiries from business partners

  • Provide operation & administration support to in-force & administration process and functions

  • Provide pending follow up services to selected business partners and coordinate the business closing with internal departments

  • Conduct due diligence on clients and new products for insurance application

  • Submit pipeline cases to CRM with up-to-date information

  • Assist to run illustration / quotation for client / consultants

  • Assist consultants in sales presentation & training

  • Provide pending report and pending analysis for management review

  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve day-to-day operation issues

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Key Requirements

  • Relevant degree and background in leading supporting teams

  • Must have a valid MAS license

  • At least 1 year of working experience in sales and life/non-life insurance domain within the insurance or banking industry

  • Ability to develop strong collaborative working style with key internal partners

  • Strong communicator and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in English and bilingual in Mandarin and Cantonese preferred as you are required to work with Chinese counterparts

  • M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A and HI certifications are advantageous
