Moonlake Lee, founder and executive director of Unlocking ADHD, brings personal insight as both a diagnosed ADHDer and parent of an ADHD teen. Her diverse career, including law and healthcare marketing, culminates in advocacy recognised by awards, such as the Singapore 40-over-40 Inspiring Women 2021 and Finalist, Straits Times Singaporean of the Year 2022. Moonlake balances work with half marathons, caring for her cats, and travelling with her marathoner husband.

Unlocking ADHD is a registered charity and social service agency under the National Council of Social Service in Singapore with a mission to empower ADHDers and their families to live life to the fullest. The Unlocking ADHD website is the most comprehensive online resource on ADHD in Singapore. The charity runs events to create ADHD awareness and support ADHDers, and has over 3K members via a private Facebook Community Group.
