The Role
The Firm is looking for a passionate and creative Talent Acquisition Manager to be a part of its growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement the company talent acquisition strategy
Develop the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
Conduct sourcing activities to attract the right talent
Perform analysis of organisational needs and anticipate future talent needs
Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
Review employment applications and background check reports
Serve as the brand ambassador at various recruitment events, such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
Represent the company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Oversee smooth processing of all hiring paperwork for new employees
Provide monthly updates/insights for the company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Key Requirements
Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Business Partner with significant years of talent acquisition experience (minimum five years of relevant experience)
Recognised qualifications in human resources or relevant field
In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
Ability to set up and manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Experience in enhancing relations between staff and senior leaders.
Experience in engaging with heads of department and C-suite level leaders.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
