The Role

The Firm is looking for a passionate and creative Talent Acquisition Manager to be a part of its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement the company talent acquisition strategy

  • Develop the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing

  • Conduct sourcing activities to attract the right talent

  • Perform analysis of organisational needs and anticipate future talent needs

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)

  • Review employment applications and background check reports

  • Serve as the brand ambassador at various recruitment events, such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events

  • Represent the company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities

  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment

  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates

  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities

  • Oversee smooth processing of all hiring paperwork for new employees

  • Provide monthly updates/insights for the company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives

  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies

  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Key Requirements

  • Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Business Partner with significant years of talent acquisition experience (minimum five years of relevant experience)

  • Recognised qualifications in human resources or relevant field

  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods

  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes

  • Ability to set up and manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Experience in enhancing relations between staff and senior leaders.

  • Experience in engaging with heads of department and C-suite level leaders.

  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload

  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
