DecodeHR Managing Director recognised as Global HR Superstar

Our Managing Director Evelyn Chow has garnered a 2021 HR Superstars award from HRO Today, a US HR publication.
What better way is there to start the new year than to find out that our Managing Director, Evelyn Chow, has won global recognition from a US organisation?
The HR Superstars awards are bestowed by HRO Today, a human resource publication in North America. The annual feature aims to recognise leaders around the world who have gone above and beyond in the realm of HR.
According to the HRO Today magazine write-up,
“With the pandemic’s dust settling, HR is being regarded as the backbone of many organisations… Now walking in the blueprint of what their diligence helped to manifest, these (HR) leaders are ushering in a new age of work that will make their companies sharper and more prepared than ever before.
HR professionals made it possible for businesses to navigate the pandemic and shape the modern world of work. (The winners) effortlessly exhibit agility and efficiency.”
Evelyn was recognised in the category of HR leaders who are Thought Leaders.
Since founding DecodeHR 10 years ago, she has not only spearheaded numerous HR projects for corporations in Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe, but has also pushed the boundaries of HR by launching dcHR.tech in 2019.
This is a digital platform and community that focuses on HR technology and digital transformation, simplifying the digitalisation process for companies and making quality technology accessible.
Said Evelyn,

On her award win, she said,

To that end, Evelyn was delighted to note that one of DecodeHR’s clients - Jennifer Balliet, Vice-President of HR and Chief Culture Officer at NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc - also won a HRO Today Superstar Award, under the category of Practitioners.
