DecodeHR Managing Director Receives Prestigious AmChamREPRESENT Award

Our managing director, Evelyn Chow, has been honored with the AmChamREPRESENT Anchor Leadership Award in recognition of her outstanding leadership qualities.

It was a night of celebration - particularly for all of us at DecodeHR, as our Managing Director, Evelyn Chow, was conferred the esteemed AmChamREPRESENT Anchor Leadership Award. The award was presented at the grand AmCham50 Birthday Bash, a momentous celebration hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (AmCham Singapore) on September 1.

This milestone event marked the 50th anniversary of AmCham Singapore and was graced by distinguished guests, including Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Mr. Lawrence Wong, and U.S. Ambassador to Singapore, H.E. Jonathan Kaplan. Over 500 AmCham Singapore members, along with representatives from both the U.S. and Singapore governments, members of the diplomatic corps, and senior business leaders from various industries, congregated at Sands Expo & Convention Centre to commemorate and honour outstanding contributions to the business community.

The AmChamREPRESENT Awards, a highlight of the evening, showcased business excellence across several categories, recognising both corporations and individuals. Among the 17 winners, our managing director was a recipient of the Anchor Leadership Award which recognises individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, particularly in times of adversity. It considers a multitude of criteria, including visionary leadership, agility, people and change management, emotional intelligence, innovation in people strategy, and a commitment to the wellbeing of the employees and their communities.

This accolade is a testament to Evelyn’s commitment to excellence and her dedication to revolutionising HR practices by leveraging technology. Since founding DecodeHR in 2011, her forward-thinking vision has propelled the company onto the global stage and solidified its status as an innovative HR consultancy firm. Under her leadership, DecodeHR earned recognition as one of the top 10 HR consulting firms in the Asia-Pacific region in 2023 by industry publication, ManageHR. As Evelyn continues to lead DecodeHR on its transformative journey, this award reinforces her dedication to helping organisations elevate their human capital strategies while making a positive impact on employees and communities alike.
