Connection – it is the single biggest factor that influences how productive and engaged our people can be.

With remote and hybrid work as the new normal, fostering connections in the workplace is one of the key HR challenges today.

Our HR Tech partner, Enboarder, recently surveyed 1,000 full-time US-based employees on the impact of connections in the workplace and found that 94% of employees are more productive when they feel connected to their colleagues. In fact, connected employees are more than 4 times as likely to say that they are very satisfied with their jobs and half as likely to leave within the next 12 months.
